Ala Moana Regional Park Hours
Currently, Ala Moana Regional Park is open from 04:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, all through the year!
While most Hawaiian beach parks were open 24×7, closure times from 10:00 pm to 04:00 am were introduced by the government to combat loitering and night-time illegal activities, and for public safety.
While confusing, note that Ala Moana Beach, the sandy strip and the ocean waters, are open 24×7 all through the year. What closes are the park facilities like restrooms and parking lots.
What does this mean for you? You’re still welcome to enjoy a late night stroll along the beach, but you will have to come on foot and most likely the restrooms will be locked.
