But, here’s the caveat, while the sandy strip of beach and the ocean waters are open 24×7, the beach park and facilities have official hours of operation!
Currently, Ala Moana Beach Park open hours are 04:00 am to 10 pm daily. These hours do change occasionally to address safety and/or loitering concerns, please check the Honolulu parks site for the latest hours.
Expect Ala Moana Beach Park facilities like restrooms and parking to be closed from 10 pm to 04:00 am.
Doesn’t make a difference to you if you are coming by foot for a quick stroll along the beach.
